"Arrived and got started right away. I paid him upfront and had to shower and change to head out for evening. I received pictures taken of a portion of the duct, was disappointed I could not see to the end of the vent clean out. My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that. "

"This company is HORRIBLE, do not hire them, they never show up on time, they charge you for services that they had not completed. We had at least 2 to 3 people fired at the job because they broke the equipment and sat in their trucks (which I have on my outdoor camera) and did nothing for a couple of days. After I was told those people were fired, they still came back to my house to do the work. They were supposed to clean our ducts and after a couple of hours of "cleaning" I checked the vents when they were done and nothing was cleaned. We also needed to have our crawl space cleaned and they only cleaned 2 out of 3 areas of the crawl space and told us everything was cleaned, after going into the crawl space we had noticed that one room was not even touched. They dumped the water out of our crawl space right into the driveway which was a category 3, they put a dehumidifier into the crawl space when there was still about a foot of water in it, they never drained the crawl before putting the dehumidifier in. I would never hire this company again."
