The team he assembled were very professional and mindful of our vegetation in our yard and when the job was completed they did a thorough job of picking up the siding debris. The team communicated through out the entire process and their timeframe of completion. I was very glad they inquire if we wanted our old light fixtures/outlet covers to go back or if we had new ones which I went out an bought new ones immediately. "Horrible Experience ? Do Not Use This Company I hired this company for roof repairs, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I paid over $8,000 for work that was never fully completed, and I?ve been dealing with unprofessional behavior every step of the way. The day after they said the roof was going to be done, I sent them a text, asking if the roof was fully finished. Instead of giving a straightforward answer, I received a response saying, ?It?s only 2:00????? ? a completely dismissive reply with no real update on the work. From that point on, I had to harass them repeatedly via calls and emails just to get pictures of the roof and gutter guards. The house is two stories, so I couldn?t see most of the roof from the ground, and I certainly couldn?t see the gutter guards. I needed them to show proof of completion, but they refused to send me any proper documentation or images. But they certainly didn?t stop sending me invoices and badgering me for payment!"
