"Thank you for your feedback. Looking at your service history it looks like the only service we have performed was a furnace tune up in October 2011. At which time the service technician would place several stickers which most customers find helpful. Some of them indicate the direction of airflow so homeowners know which way to install the filter; another is a service history so homeowners can easily see when service has been done. For instance a quick look would indicate the tune up was actually done in 2011 and not 2013. This way homeowners are better able to keep up with important maintenance or know when certain items have been repaired."
