So I paid over $30,000 for my system about 3 years ago. All they talked about was how great this comprehensive warranty that they gave me was for 10 years and that I wouldn't have to pay for any repairs except regular maintenance... 3 years in and these garbage Tekmar thermostats suck. The one in my master bedroom always resets after a power outage or some event outside of my control. The other ones struggle to pick up wifi or error out randomly. Up until now, they have come out and fixed things. Last visit they charged me $99.00 bucks to configure this piece of crap and didn't tell me there was a charge until after the appointment. Turns out that the warranty is not that great and essentially covers nothing. For that same price I should have gotten a full system tune up. I called them trying to work something out and they flat out said no, but we can come back out and tune up your system for $240.00. The guy literally touched a couple buttons on my thermostat that I don't have access too because it's in some locked tech tools and configured it. I just feel like that should not happen. When you unplug something, you should be able to plug it in and have it work, not reinvent the wheel each time.

Went well. Trust them. Boiler replacement is not a cheap job, but believe they are fair in pricing and worth what they charge. The piping in a boiler system is a work of art. Lol

Very professional and thorough with outstanding and careful detail as to what was provided. Excellent experience with installation. Cost-wise, they were slightly more costly than two others, but I was convinced I'd get a better "bang for my buck" with the great rebates, higher product efficiency and excellent reviews of product and contractor. I'd highly recommend them!

I have been using them for several years and I've never had any problems with them. They show up on time, they wear booties to protect my house, they explain everything they are doing and why they are doing it.

They were good. They didn't actually come out. I was going to have them come out and they told me what was wrong on the phone. The input air was clogged up by show. They could have made some money off me, but they didn't.

They did a comprehensive check, explained what they did. Checked their work. They have an emergency service so they came out in the middle of the night in a blizzard.

"Thank you for your feedback. Looking at your service history it looks like the only service we have performed was a furnace tune up in October 2011. At which time the service technician would place several stickers which most customers find helpful. Some of them indicate the direction of airflow so homeowners know which way to install the filter; another is a service history so homeowners can easily see when service has been done. For instance a quick look would indicate the tune up was actually done in 2011 and not 2013. This way homeowners are better able to keep up with important maintenance or know when certain items have been repaired."
