They left my home a wreck, and the material used was not as described by the sales rep. Performance effects are nearly unnoticeable. There is massive cleanup and wall repair work left to do. very expensive project. It feels like my home got vandalized, and I was misinformed about what the job would do for me. The job was not done thoroughly, which required another trip out to check on the wall fill levels weeks later and more holes in my walls for me to patch and refinish. The offer to fix the existing crude drywall patches was made 3.5 weeks later. I will be scraping their work off so I can actually finish it properly before that. My biggest regret of the dozens of projects I have done in my home so far There is so much to fix and so few promises and expectations set by the sales representative.

Back wall of house is not insulated. Job was done 12/21 and they have yet to return to finish the job. Very pricey Not worth the cost...

Estimator came on time listened to my wishes, quoted a price I could afford, financed it. Installers were late but called to inform. Did show up, got right to it. Had to install from inside. They kept it neat patched the open holes, cleaned up, and vacuumed. Long day but a good job. I would use them again. Happy customer

This has been the worse experience I have ever encountered. The work has not been done correctly, created water spots on our ceiling, ruined new carpet in the basement with burn spots from foam insulation application, and the attic is left with insulation piled up and job unfinished. They refuse to correct the issues and blame everything and everyone else. They have walked away from our job until we install a new soffit around our entire house for additional thousands of dollars. The work is very unprofessional and the management has not bothered to resolve the situation. Currently having to pursue legal options. They got their money and have ghosted us. I definitely would not recommend USA Insulation.

The insulation was installed as promised on the appropriate date, we are satisfied with the insulation. The problem was the work crew was extremely careless. There was foam insulation over the front door, front windows, they have to take off your siding in different areas, I am still picking up hundreds of screws. Foam insulation is still being picked up in my front mulch. Tarps were supposed to be laid and were not put down. My basement was another problem, it is finished with the Dow Corning type system, again, tarps were not used. There is foam insulation in three different areas that do not come off the cloth walls. When we started to point out these issues, they seem very concerned. The crew came back out and power washed the front of my house. The foam did not come off. They used our water for their power washer, left it running which created an ice dam in our back yard. On several occasions, we have tried to get some form of compensation for the basement and they are always looking into it; We are satisfied with the insulation, but everything was such a mess it was not worth it. I would look at other companies.

Did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They answered all my questions about what they were doing and made sure I was happy with everything they did.

I have not met with the company yet.
