Every step Richard communicated in a promptly manner. The team he assembled were very professional and mindful of our vegetation in our yard and when the job was completed they did a thorough job of picking up the siding debris. The team communicated through out the entire process and their timeframe of completion. I was very glad they inquire if we wanted our old light fixtures/outlet covers to go back or if we had new ones which I went out an bought new ones immediately. Smart Roofing made an impression that my neighbor used them and had their roof replaced in one day!"
