I bought a new house that failed it's electrical inspection. So I knew it would be bad but when my father, a retired electrical maintenance man, told me to call in the pros, I knew it was worse that I expected. I had active sparks in the panel, shorts in overhead lights, no ground poles, out-of-code outside hook-ups, everything needed gutted and replaced. Within 5 days of talking on the phone for the first time, I had a very competitive quote and all repairs completed! Incredibly responsive to customers, and their work was A+!!!

Mr. Webb brought his own chainsaw and removed the branches so that both he and Consumers Energy could get my electric back up and running. He took care of it immediately. I expected to have this draw out for several days but I was back up and running within just a few hours. Amazing!!!

The electrical work in our 1950 home was super messed up. Brad came over, figured out the problems (which were many) and made sure everything worked perfectly. He is extremely knowledgeable and was able to problem solve in a difficult situation. 100% recommend Webb for any electrical need.

We moved into our new home that had outdated electrical work and to be honest so very bad electrical work done. We called Brad and he was over to the house that day to take a look and encouraged us to get it done sooner than later due to his concerns. Brad walked us the through the house and pointed out his areas of concern and other areas he thought weren't absolutely necessary (which is always nice!). Brad and his team finished all the work in 1 day and were absolutely affordable and approachable. Thank you Webb Electric for allowing my wife and I to feel safe in our home now! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Ray showed up on time and was super friendly. He worked quickly and efficiently. I have an old home that needed some HCFI? outlets and some 2 prong outlets. I also had several light fixtures that I needed installed. He was very friendly and performed the work quickly. Good prices too. My dad was outside trying to install a fence in concrete and Ray saw him struggling. Ray went to his van and let my dad borrow a power tool to help him get some screws into the concrete. It was really nice of him to offer his own tool while he worked inside my house. I will be calling them shortly for more services!

Bravo Brad- Excellent work! We had a problem with three outlets that seemed to have little to no power. I called Webb Electric and spoke with Brad. He was on the road, but said that he would head right over. He was at my house within the hour and proceeded to quickly diagnose the problem, then switched out a faulty GFI outlet (which he had on his truck) and checked the others to be certain that they all now had power. He was professional, courteous and had all of the work done within 1 1/2 hours of my initial call. I was/am so impressed with every aspect of the job he did - I have found myself my go-to electrician!

I thought I had a faulty breaker. Brad replaced it, determined it to not
be the problem and spent the next 2 hours tracking the problem through
the inside and outside of the house until he had it isolated and fixed
it an old exterior outlet. He was great and very professional. I will
use them again.

My bedroom light switch stopped working and Webb came out to fix it.  I have no complaints about the quality of work or the professionalism of the individual who came to my house.  He was great--friendly, knowledgeable, fast, etc.  My only complaint is the cost.  $80 and he was at my house less than 15 minutes.  I wish I'd had other things for him to do, but I only needed the switch changed and the high price of the service call really stung.

Brad is outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about his level of professionalism and service. Outstanding level of quality and very good at communicating/returning calls. His business will go above and beyond to ensure the job is done to an exceptional standard. Fantastic value for money. 
There is not other electrician that we will use in Grand Rapids for our properties.

Brad did a great job and we would definitely hire him again. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He had to come back to install a correct circuit breaker, and did so at no extra charge. Fast service.
