I was so impressed by how quickly Dillon responded to initial request for a bid, demonstrated his wisdom and experience during the initial visit. Dillon continued to be easily reached before and during my project, and was clear about connecting with any follow up questions or concerns because my satisfaction for the completed job was important to him. The installer assigned for my sheet vinyl floor project, Isreal, was very kind and respectful — cleaned up after his work all through the day.

Dillon and his team came out and re-stretched my carpet. They did a great job and were in and out very quickly. While my repair was a small job, Dillon still followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I'd definitely call him again for bigger projects. He is a class act.

I bought carpet at Menards. They provided me with a list of installers that I had to contact myself. After failing to get them to call me back, I tried my Angie app. Superior Flooring called me back in 15 minutes. Sandor was out doing measurements the next day and the carpet was installed on the next day. We were desperate to get the carpet installed ASAP. Superior did the job! It looks great and we can now get the house on the market! Superior knocked it out of the ballpark!

July 2023 Dillon, the business owner, was prompt in responding to the request for a quote, and all communication during the project. He was clear if there were any concerns after they left to let him know so they could fix it to help ensure my happiness with the work and finished job. Communication is so important for a good customer experience, and Dillon delivers this top notch. The installer, Isreal, was not only excellent at his craft, he was also very courteous and careful while working in my family home. He cleaned up inside and out as he worked, and there was never a mess left for me. I hope the new vinyl sheet floor I wanted in my kitchen, pantry and half bath will hold up and never need replacing til I'm dead and gone! However, if I happen to outlive it I would not hesitate to contact Superior Flooring for another update in my old house, here on the Westside of Grand Rapids, Mi.

Dillon was easy to work with, responds quickly, and calls to update you on every step of the way. This project involved repairing buckled laminate/vinyl flooring that Dillon did not install. He came out to inspect the flooring, determined just what needs to be replaced/repaired. The process of obtaining quotes and sourcing the material was also good as he found places immediately that had the materials. All in all, a smooth transaction - thank you, Dillon!

Very professional, great workmanship!

Dillon is very conscientious about his work. He replaced the entire first floor of my condo with luxury vinyl planking. It can be tedious work but he stuck with it and it looks beautiful. He also replaced the baseboards and then painted any areas that needed it along the new baseboards. Except for one day, Dillon worked by himself so the job took a bit longer than it might have if he had a crew. But this kept the price down, I would definitely recommend him.

Dillon was very knowledgeable and went to extra lengths for me to get the project done to my likening. I would definitely recommend him.
