Only drawback was sales rep pressed you for a commitment on site in order to get the discount- you didn't have the option to "think on it" and get back to them. Further once the sale was made, they seem to "vanish" for about 6 weeks and then all of a sudden call you to say "we'll be there tomorrow!"- so it made it tricky to schedule. But the work was done well."
