Great customer service and great work quality!

Hardware to my door locks, switch plates and hinges were lost. They used Inappropriate replacement screws were placed in the hinges, causing the doors to squeak and not close properly. Some hinges were left with missing screws. They damaged the dresser in my bedroom and did not tell me. They broke the bun foot off the bottom of the dresser and I currently have the dresser sitting on a brick. This dresser was in excellent condition prior to them entering my home. They sanded, but did not paint the trim in several areas. They left two long cracks in the living room and dining room area that were never filled, as well as others in which they painted over but damaged area is still visible. Paint is peeling on the trim in my kitchen window. They tore down crown molding on my kitchen and laundry room cabinets. One piece almost hit me in the head. The fixture for my decorative curtain rod was taken away from my home. The owner said it was in his truck but never returned it. They dripped paint on my daycare rugs and carpet. My home was built 12 years ago. I am meticulous about the care and maintenance of my home. None of these issues existed prior to them coming into my home.

So happy with my cabinets! Had previously painted by bathroom vanities myself and even with high quality paint they looked pretty bad. Did not want to make the same mistake with my kitchen cabinets. A bit pricey to have kitchen cabinets done- but 100% worth it. They are professional, punctual, clean and efficient. All I had to do was empty the cabinets. Everything was taped/ sealed off to contain the project and they were even super respectful of the fact I worked night shift and had to be at home sleeping or doing education some of the days they were here. Do not even get me started on the cabinets. NIGHT AND DAY difference from when I did the bathroom ones myself they look so good and it was absolutely worth the money to have them done professionally. Thank you guys! Will hire them again for any future projects.

I needed the job done in a hurry. They were polite, efficient and fast.

These guys were way over their heads. We hire them for a whole house paint. I do not even know where to begin. Lost or broke about half of our outlet covers. Left screws to outlet covers all over the house. We have two kids and a dog, stepping on screws is not fun. Did not replace any of the outlet covers, and new that the screws are using to put them back on we are not the correct ones. They took off our upstairs railing to paint it. When they put the railing back on they stripped out all the screws and I had to move the banister down in order to make sure it was safe to grab and secure. They did not sand the railing first, and not it is ruined. We paid them to paint the cabinets. They are already chipping away. They actually painted the cabinets the wrong color first and clearly did sand them. I will just get new cabinets now as 2 coats of paint will take too long to scrape and sand. Not to mention they lost most of the hardware to the cabinets. It is as simple as putting them in bags, but instead they left them inside the cabinets loose. Some have only one screw where there should be 2 screws. Some are just random screws that they found from my door hinges that I was replacing. Yes, they used door hinge screws to secure our cabinets instead of making us aware that they misplaced the screws. They broke our toilet. Left the broken toilet in the yard all day until I came home and moved it. They replace our toilet with the cheapest quality toilet possible. And then used white caulk to adhere it to our brown floor. Looks horrible. Did not bring their own tools. Used mine all week. When I told them that they got paint all over my brand new Dewalt drill, they said it is part of the job. That is when I was done with them. 3 months later and we are still finding patches on the walls that did not get painted. They never painted the trim like we paid for and the quote stated. They went through and picked what trim they wanted to paint. They got paint all over our carpet and our wood floors. When I showed them they responded saying they heard us talking about new carpet so it did not matter because we were getting new carpet anyway. That is just an insane thought process. Finally, they left their paining ladders all throughout the house for a week. They left out cabinet doors strewn throughout the house on paint buckets, our dining room table chairs, all over the place. After a long winter, the snow melted and I can still see the grass is white where they spray painted something. I cannot make this stuff up. Worst experience ever. I wish I could have my money back. I do not even want them back in my house.

They did a wonderful job of protecting our floors and taping the woodwork so there wasnâ t any paint on them. When they come in they start right to work and if you ask or tell them anything they listen to you.

They are the most efficient painters I have ever dealt with. They were very friendly and accommodating. They were professional and easy to work with. The job is done ahead of schedule. If ever I have need for a painter again I will definitely call Environmental Painting.
