They were sure to provide us with as little inconvenience to our day to day routine as possible, which was a big plus in my book, because home repair is stressful. I really haven't seen many companies who were as accommodating as they were. The owner was in constant contact with us throughout the job, not only by phone but in person! He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and polite. Even at the end of the job when he was picking up the backhoe he asked if we wanted to loosen any of the shrubbery we wanted to remain in our landscaping for the time being so it could be easily removed later if we decided to. Some companies come in, you never speak to the owner, they lag on the job, they're disorganized, they don't stick to their timelines, they inconvenience your home life, and you never get to tell anyone you want something done differently than originally planned. Also, Everdry furnishes a sump pump to us free of charge and we always have an extra sump pump in case the electric power goes off. The crew was polite, kind, and came in, did an excellent job in 3 days by digging a trench on the inside of the basement, removing the dirt from the bottom of the foundation, installed corrugated tubing, rock and then cement. They also installed a Humidex airpurifier and new sump pump with a backup pump. They cleaned up afterward. Any questions I had were answered in a respectful manor. I now have peace of mind knowing that I no longer have to monitor weather forecasts for rain or have to clean up anymore incoming water. The system is warranted for the life of the house and included within the price, which increased the value of my home."

"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. Did a great job performing clean up and stayed later than expected to fully complete the job instead of calling it a day in the middle of the work.
