I’d like to respond to Cassie B’s review, Cassie we are truly sorry you were unhappy with our work, yes it took a long time but fixed everything you ask for and everything you wrote about in the review! It is very normal in the contracting business to to subcontract out work, so you writing about Kyle not knowing how to do everything you hired him for, yes some of it was subcontracted out to other companies. Your house turned out beautiful and we are really sorry if your still unhappy with anything!

I am so impressed with the gutter install done by K Services Plus LLC Kyle and his crew came out and did the install in the allotted time. They were friendly and personable. As we walked the property after the job was done my neighbors were out getting business cards which really speaks to how wonderful my house looks now. Thanks Kyle and crew!!!!!

Great company to use for all my gutter needs. The job was done in a timely fashion, they showed up when scheduled and completely under bid all previous quotes. The pricing was more then fair and the integrity the crew carried with them selves is unmatched. All my needs were met, and addressed plus more, K Services was able to fix a few things I wanted done with my house. From repairing my leaky window seals to replacing my rotten fascia boards. K services is the perfect company for any basic remodeling or home renovation. Highly recommend.

Talked with kyle on the phone and he was respectful and gave me a time and day of when he could come out and give me a free quote then came out quick and installed my new gutters. Looks great. Very quick and at a great price. I highly recommend him to others for work.

I hired K Services, Kyle. They were supposed to replace a gutter and downspout that was damaged by a tree, and put gutter guards on. They came out in a reasonable time, put the gutter guards on very crooked as they installed them in the dark. They came out rectified the problem where they look ok, not great. When they switched the gutters, they replaced both the gutter and a downspout with the wrong color. I have made numerous calls and have texts where Kyle is coming back to install the matching color, to no avail. I foolishly paid him in full. Now I am filing in court to get my money back and for lost time dealing with this headache. Do not hire this company.

After I had my gutters cleaned, I had K services install gutter screens/guards on my gutters at a very reasonable price. I am very happy with the results.
