Small jobs welcome

"We've had W.E. Clean do routine and deep cleaning in our 4200 sf home with six family members consistently for two years. We couldn't be happier with their services. We've also employed them to help with special projects as needed. They are personable, trustworthy, and flexible. We have no reason to ever look for another service provider. We highly recommend them."

"The first time I used them. They were acceptable but as time went on the quality of work declined. I called the office a couple of times and asked about things they should or should not be doing. I was told they were professionally trained and should be doing things they were not. The next time they came (it is not always the same people) I questioned them about my base boards . The worker said "We don't do baseboards." I said "I called your office and they said that was one of the services I paid for. When I relayed this message to the worker she said, "Oh they don't know what we do. Later after letting them go I hired a woman that used to for work for them. She said they would go in a house, do the things that were obviously in need of cleaning and skipped the rest."

House Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Though it may seem like a lot of work to keep an attic in tip-top shape, the truth is that you only need to deep clean this space once a year. In the meantime, check on it roughly once a month to make sure there are no leaks, remove cobwebs, and air out unwanted odors to ensure it looks and feels great between annual cleaning sessions.

Although never required, tipping shows house cleaners how much you appreciate their work. If you are satisfied with their consistent service, consider tipping a thoughtful way of showing appreciation. This is especially true if the same cleaners continuously provide the services, which means you can tip them for each visit, monthly, or annually, depending on your preference.

It depends on the surface you’re trying to clean. For example, a mixture of vinegar and water is a good option for a deep cleaning, including removing hard water stains from glass or stainless steel. However, vinegar is too acidic for granite and other types of natural stone, so it’s better to use a combination of baking soda and water on those surfaces.

Absolutely! We prioritize using eco-friendly, non-toxic products to ensure your home's and the environment's safety.

No, vinegar does not disinfect hardwood floors safely. A vinegar and water solution can effectively clean many hard surfaces, but it is acidic enough to break down the finish on hardwood floors and damage the wood underneath. Over time this will dull the floors and reduce their shine. A damaged finish will also leave floors susceptible to moisture and other problems.
