Very professional in their work ethic and conduct. Went to extra measures to protect corners and edges from rubbing by the steam hoses. Would use them again for our carpet or floor cleaning."

The furniture and carpet were cleaned with this method and scotchguard applied. The deodorizer has a very pleasant fresh scent. I would recommend them and in fact have done so.
