"It took Christine and Emily 1 1/2 hours to clean my 1600 sq ft, 1 1/2 story home in Ann Arbor, and it only cost $95 (my former service, Majestic Maids, charged $120 and didn't clean everything like Beacon Cleaners did).  When they were done, EVERYTHING in my home SHINED and smelled VERY CLEAN.  Christine and Emily were very pleasant and friendly, and even petted my two cats!  They are definitely coming back to clean my home every 2 weeks, and will stay longer to clean something extra as long as I notify them beforehand.  It's very difficult to find a cleaning service in the Ann Arbor area who will clean just about anything.  Majestic Maids and three other housecleaning services expected me to clear my tables and counters and put my dusty objects away because they wanted to "speed clean" my home.  I don't consider that cleaning my home!  It cost extra to have my kitchen appliances like my toaster, coffeemaker, and blender dusted and that should be part of the USUAL cleaning service, not something I had to pay extra for.  Beacon Cleaning Services is based in Dearborn and is just beginning to branch out and clean houses in Ann Arbor.  They hire only family members and close friends so they can be trusted.  I highly recommend their services!!"

"I first hired with an Angie's list special for fall yard clean up. Service was great and I contracted with them for the winter snow removal and weekly lawn service. I just hired them again for a spring general clean up. Service is prompt, professional and exactly what I asked for! I look forward to a long standing relationship"

"I contacted SuperMen moving on  a Thursday night via their website and I received a quote the next morning. They also offered to come on Sunday - which worked well for me. On the morning of the service, they called to let me know they were on their way. The team of two were professional, friendly and engaging. They moved and disposed of multiple large and heavy items in a little over an hour from my second floor and from my walk out basement. It was an excellent experience from first contact to completion. I will be using them again as I continue our downsizing.

"I was very impressed by how quickly I received a quote and was able to schedule an appointment.  Also, by the appointment reminder emails.  I was not so pleased with the service.  As with other window cleaning providers I have used, I assumed the screens would be removed and taken outside to be washed.  I discovered one of the gentlemen wiping a removed screen with a rag, inside my home over my light colored carpet.  I asked that the screens be taken outside to be cleaned.  He commented that the screens weren't really very dirty and he was using a clean rag.  Not really the point but he did take the remaining screens outside.   I then discovered the other gentleman leaning out the window wiping the removed screen with a rag.  I guess that qualified as "outside".  I asked him to take the screens outside to clean.  Both gentlemen appeared to be in a rush.  Possibly to get to their next job before it rained.  Overall the quality was fair.  Dr. Windows web site indicated that I would receive a follow up from them.  This never came so I just re-washed the problem windows and screens myself.

"Our house is sparkling clean! The north side of our home's siding was covered in mildew/mold and dirt, and desperately needed to be meticulously cleaned. United did a fantastic job. They spent several hours at our home and were incredibly thorough. Every single square inch looks clean. The service was well worth the cost and I am very happy that I hired them. We had some problems with no-showing without contact, but honestly this was not a big deal because I was not required to be home for the service. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of their work, however the punctuality was a little shaky (one reschedule then two no-shows). I understand life happens, and they did great! Thanks guys!
