"Matt did a wonderful job washing our house , garage, barn, and back porch area. The barn had not been washed in years and had a lot of the "north side" green mildew and the barn and our house just sparkles! He was on time for the estimate and early for the job and paid a lot of attention to detail, even suggesting things I didn't think of. "He didn't end up painting because of his unresponsiveness. We were fine with his price and were interested in giving him our business. He seemed like a nice guy but I would have appreciated a follow up communication saying he was too busy or didn't want to do the job.
