"Out of four companies I contacted, Retrofoam and its salesman, Jeff, understood exactly what I wanted done and the foam insulation I wanted to have installed. The installation team, Jon, Ryan and Forest arrived on time (actually a little early), and the guys were all very polite and professional. The installation was exactly as I expected (great), and I don't have to wear a ski jacket (it's December in Michigan) when I go upstairs and will be comfortable to work on and finish (soon, I hope!). Will definitely recommend Retrofoam!"

"They did not show up the day they were scheduled and when I called they told me their truck broke down. Lost a days pay waiting for them. They came out 2 days later and did the job but when I got home I noticed that the mortar did not match old mortar and a couple of weeks later noticed there are holes that were not filled in. I have called and someone came out to look at it and that was the last time I heard from them issues still not resolved. Would not recommend doing business with them."
