The installation was exactly as I expected (great), and I don't have to wear a ski jacket (it's December in Michigan) when I go upstairs and will be comfortable to work on and finish (soon, I hope!). "thry fud a great job except for the fact that they filled the holes they drilled in my brick sloppily. i had to ask them to do it over and i may have them come back in the futute to do it again. they were accomodating but it seemed that they were in a hurry. they also smeared mortar on my brick. im am hoping it will eventually blend in."

"They did not show up the day they were scheduled and when I called they told me their truck broke down. Lost a days pay waiting for them. They came out 2 days later and did the job but when I got home I noticed that the mortar did not match old mortar and a couple of weeks later noticed there are holes that were not filled in. I have called and someone came out to look at it and that was the last time I heard from them issues still not resolved. Would not recommend doing business with them."
