He was patient while multiple questions were asked and deliivered his answers in terms that were easy to understand. Service professor has a real rockstar on their hands with this guy. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture.
