Original attempts to contact Bo resulted in leaving VM. He never returned the call. Then we had a large leak in basement so called again. This time he answered. We arranged for an 8:30am Tuesday start. Bo never showed, never called and never answered the phone when I rang. He just completely vanished. Used Luce Plumbimg instead and they were awesome and reasonable price.

First I called Russell's Plumbing and Heating. The serviceman said he could attempt to find and fix the leak, but the cost would be around $400 with no guarantees. Then he charged me $84 for the service call.
Next I called Bo the Plumber. He said the leak was quite obvious and should easily be repaired. He said he could patch it and then test it with nitrogen before risking the loss of expensive refrigerant. When he was done it worked fine, and the price was $295. Good, prompt, friendly, reasonable service.
