Removed tiny window over sink and installed a much larger window including reframing, headers, siding, countertops, etc, along with replacing an old French door with a new slider. . Also fixed a ton of small problems around the house such as trim, drywall finishing, paint, doors, flooring, shelving in closets, etc. Attention to detail in every task performed help sell my house for top dollar.
