The hose from the water line to the humidifier popped out. Les was very quick to respond, offered two solutions for the problem and advised price and which one he would do for his own home. His number is the only one I have stored in my phone.

Lee was excellent in all respects. Very professional, and displayed concern for getting the problem resolved even though it involved obligation on the city's part, rather than his. Price was very reasonable. He didn't charge a premium even though it was a weekend emergency call. We would definitely use him again.
