"I'd like to start by saying the categories for projects seem pretty narrow. I had Brent quote me on framing / drywalling in an open room to create a private area with a door more like a bedroom rather than just open to the world. Brent and Adam did great work while they were here, they were very polite and courteous. Brent gave me both best and worst case scenarios for timing during quote process and brought the job in complete well within his best case time frame :) he answered all my questions and pointed out things I hadn't considered or thought about (isn't that why you hire an expert? lol) all in all they were a great pleasure to have here completing the work. "The salesperson Eli was very honest and up front and made us very comfortable with pursuing this project. The subcontractors were awesome. Joe with ProCement had a great crew poured a 16x16 slab with footings. The carpenter Tony was the best ever and was very methodical and particular about every aspect of his work. He wanted to make sure I was happy with every aspect of the sunroom as it was being built. The electrician Denny was very fast and did great work, but it took at least a month to get the final inspection. Communication with the TEMO construction contact was horrid and resulted in that individual leaving the company. Jim Hall stepped in and finally made sure the job was completed. Jim also was very dedicated at the beginning when a significant redesign was necessary. While the final product is beautiful, TEMO needs to ensure better communication/interaction between the sales person and the construction staff. We were originally told the project was supposed to be done by mid-May. In actuality, construction didn't start till May 9 and wasn't finalled out until September."
