went fine, no big issues and were helpful and prompt after starting.

They took down paneling in the family room and computer room as well as redoing two bath rooms and a number of other items. They were great and I was very happy with result. They were professional and very competent. They did carpentry and electrical work.

The experience with them was horrible.  It was the worst experience ever.  We had to get a lawyer and we documented pictures and stuff that they had done.  Seventy five percent of the outside of our windows are scratched because the window person that they hired to clean the windows scratched them up.  We tried to get a lawyer but we got no one.  The guy was insane.  Unfortunately we have them on the same list that he does.  It was the most horrible experience and they shouldn’t be building.  His wife is insane too.  We will never use their services again in the future.

They were terrific, they cleaned up after themselves. They were professional and honest. They did break a lamp in the front of the house however they replaced it with no questions asked. I would use them again!

First delay was city building department; although Tanner has built 30+ similar rooms in the county, our city required an engineering stress analysis and redesign. Second delay was relocating electric service due to line passing under proposed relocation, and arranging for Edison to splice the new line. Actual construction was very efficient: Two to three days for excavation & foundation, one week from foundation to framed and roofed. Tanner organized all work and did the foundation and carpentry; also had windows and door custom-built for the project. The work under their control was performed quickly and meticulously. Everyone was also willing to do whatever was needed to move the project along, whether or not it was actually within their work classification.
