Dustin is both friendly and professional. He showed up right on time. He explained what needed to be done and gave us an estimate and we hired him immediately. His crew arrived and made short work of our project. In talking with him we realized he can handle most any job we might require assistance with. It has been such a pleasure to not only find someone to do the job but one that communicated arrival times and accomplished what he promised. We highly recommend Dustin Hardesty.

You need to come out and check the finished work on this job. I have asked three times and you say you are too busy. I think that is disrespectful to the homeowner.

I can t say enough great things about my deck project completed by Dustin, Dave, and the crew at Bear Builders of Michigan. They were excellent from start to finish. They set realistic deadlines for each part of the project to be completed, including final completion and met or finished ahead of each scheduled deadline. They brought every aspect of our design to life. The deck looks exactly like we envisioned. Dave (the builder) is AWESOME! His attention detail is AMAZING! He really no stone unturned. Dustin s communication was OUTSTANDING! He touched base with us every step of the way. Each aspect of the project was carefully explained to ensure our understanding. He even went the extra mile to make some minor repairs to our front porch that he noticed were problematic. I really can t say enough good things regarding how happy I am with the outcome of our deck project. We have received tons of compliments and inquiries on the deck already and it s only been a week since it was completed. Easy to work with. Excellent quality workmanship & work ethic. Flexible in schedule as was I, so we got on VERY well. Always felt safe & comfortable with them in & around my home - not a shady char. in the bunch! They even handled a few little "side job" repairs at very reasonable price. I was delighted to learn they do more than just decks, so I will be hiring them again for some future projects I have in mind. Was happy to find somebody who considered my budget as well as his own. Also very pleased that they kept their work area cleaned at the end of each day, & minimized any damage to my yard/landscaping. Also noted they followed safety rules for my protection as well as their own. I can't say enough good things about this group. Actually I thought I did say al these good things about Bear Builders right after they finished up last fall, but I guess my customer review must have gotten eaten by the "cyber zombies" or otherwise disappeared. In short, I don't see how you can go wrong if you hire Bear Builders for things in their repertory of services. I am very happy to have found somebody as easy to work with like Bear Builders.

Dustin and crew were very quick to respond, and did fantastic work. They stayed late to get my work done, and changed their schedule to ensure my stairs were safe to use as fast as possible. I would strongly recommend them.
