"My garage door sensors failed. Service Technician Frank W. showed up on time and promptly installed a new set. He then proceeded to educate me on how to audit the condition of my garage doors. We found a defective roller, a broken hinge, and 2 frayed lift cables. I am sure anyone of these issues would have been another service call in the near future! To finish up the service call, Frank lubricated all the moving parts on my doors. I am delighted with the professional, quality service I received."

"From start to finish the job was completed with attention to detail, on budget and on time. The trim installers (Chris and Danny) were fantastic. They took their time and cared for the project like it was their own house. It was a big project. I had all outside exposed wood covered in trim and/or vinyl soffit. I can't thank Sun Home enough. During the gutter installtion a small piece of the trim was dented and it wasn't a huge problem but the job was done so well that I asked for it to be replaced. This happended, by the way, when a second crew, not Chris and Danny installed the gutters. On final inspection I showed Dave ( saleperson and delightful man) and he said give him a few days and they would take care of it. Like clockwork, he sent Chris back out and took care of it. He was able to find era-appropriate flooring for the porch. He also installed much safer handrails on the steps up from the street to the porch and corrected the unsafe side entry by installing a sturdy platform and step.
