B Door

Derrick (employed for 17 years) from B Door came yesterday -was timely and no nonsense and said it was going to be a tune-up for $125. Retighten the springs, tighten the bolts, and lubed the hinges. My husband is very handy, but for some reason this issue of the door not closing properly "threw him for a loop." After I spent 3 hours checking for a good repair company from on-line, ads, and Angi's, I also had a recommendation from a B Door customer who rated them "Very Competent" In Their Business Of Doors! -AND- Thanks Bob (the owner) who was straight foreword and assure the job was probably a tune-up after explaining the dilemma. 5 Stars "HANDS DOWN!"

They were Professional and honest.They gave great advice about potential installation of a Garage opener.Best of all there was no charge to come out to inspect the problem.

B. Door was great. Spring broke at 9am on a Saturday, called them at 9:15, they were at my house at 10:30 and finished by 11:15! Eric also adjusted my garage door and opener at no additional charge. I highly recommended B. Door.

It went well. Price was what I expected for the spring, and they did the brackets without any additional charges.

Timely, friendly, efficient

Thought I would need a new garage door opener because of its age. Bob looked over the garage opener and recommended to keep it as it is still a good opener. Bob helped me program a new remote and all was good with my opener.

Bob was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem. He them serviced the other garage doors and charged a very reasonable price. I would definitely use him again.

This is the second time B Doors has been out to our home for two seperate issues.  On both occasions this garage door expert has been extreemly helpful, informative, professional and has done quality work extending the life of our garage door for many years to come.

Very professional, courteous service. They came out the same day I called when I told them my garage door could not be closed. Very good at explaining what went wrong with the door, and the repair. Would definitely call them again.

After calling they were out to the house in about 2 hrs. Efficient. Good service.

They were excellent. They were the cheapest of the 3 or 4 that we called. They were also prompt and able to come out the quickest. It was kind of an emergency when we had the work done. They did everything better than I expected. They got right back to us and told us an estimate of what we could expect for the damage. They were within their estimate for the final repair. They sent somebody out to do the estimate and then came out the next day to do the work. It was a holiday weekend and everything was great.

I got estimates from a couple of places referred by Angie's List. While the other firm was slightly cheaper, B.Door seemed more professional and went into greater detail about what was needed and why. So I chose them over the other firm.
When I called to set up the appointment for the work, they, again, were very professional. Their installer worked diligently for about 4 hours removing my old door and installing the new door and the new opener. All the time he worked he was constantly aware of any debris or mess and picked it up immediately. When he finished he picked up all the old material and cleaned up any mess. He thoroughly explained the operation of the door and opener to me. I was very satisfied with the new door and it's operation.

He originally installed the door so did not charge me anything for this service. I thought that was really a good thing to do.

The service man came out and needed to climb through the garage window. He was very professional and gave the price prior to starting the job. We would certainly use his services again if needed.
