"It is our intent to offer the best service in the industry. At the time of the original appointment, we were servicing quite a broad area. The member’s residence was an hour away one way. We agreed to do the work and told the customer that there was no guarantee this would be the final fix, as the windows themselves were failing due to poor installation. Since that time, we have shrunken down the service area to be able to handle any rework of jobs that require it. The package the member signed up for included 1 stop. We caulked obvious points of concern with the windows that had been installed incorrectly. When the customer alerted us to the continuing issue with water, we were no longer servicing his area. We are happy that his issue was taken care of and wish him the best with his home."
