After painting and removing blinds for install they called 2pm day before and said weren?t going to make install appointment and next available was following Wednesday like my schedule didn?t matter. I sent 3 e mails. All ignored. Tried calling customer service 3 times kept getting recording no one available to take my call. Left 3 voicemails all ignored. Installers broke my $17.00 toilet paper holder and dented drywall under it. They credited me whole $20.00 to go to Home Depot, pick up replacement and install myself. The drywall I will have to mud and sand when I get around to painting the bathroom. Hansons will never touch another house of mine. "
