"Gary is the best and he takes a lot of pride in his work. First of all, he was able to get me on his schedule very quickly. He basically rebuilt most of the floor in the master bedroom of my Ferndale house. Old subfloor and rotted joists were removed and replaced by new wood supported on solid concrete. He also added insulation and brand new flooring. It was a huge project. Gary took a loose and bouncy floor and made it rock solid.
