Oh, where do I even begin with Walls and All Painting Service, especially with their illustrious owner, Shane? Let me tell you, folks, dealing with Shane was like voluntarily signing up for a crash course in how not to run a business. From the get-go, it was clear that professionalism was just a foreign concept to him. I specifically requested to be present for the walk-around, you know, so I could actually show him what needed painting and what didn't. But did Shane listen? Of course not! He waltzed in unannounced like he owned the place, probably because he thinks he does. Then came the quote, oh boy, the quote. Despite my repeated attempts to make it crystal clear what I wanted, Shane seemed to think he knew better. It was like arguing with a brick wall, pardon the pun. Round and round we went, a merry-go-round of misunderstandings and frustration. But oh, it didn't stop there. No, Shane's ego had to take center stage in the financial fiasco that followed. It was like dealing with a toddler who didn't get his candy. The back-and-forth over money dragged on for days, with Shane's precious ego getting more inflated by the minute. So, take it from me, folks: if you enjoy being treated like an inconvenience, if you revel in the joy of endless arguments and ego clashes, then by all means, give Walls and All Painting Service a call. But if you value your sanity and actually want your painting project done right, stay far, far away from Shane and his circus of incompetence.

"What's funny about this customer and his review is that he is upset because I chose NOT to do business with him. As you can see in his review he is extremely difficult to conversate with. From trying to give him the quote to trying to get him on the schedule as he requested. (That's right he wanted to send a deposit to get signed up). The problem is that his payment kept getting declined for lack of funds. Yet he kept telling me it was on my end. I'm not sure how his lack of funds could be on my end. He started calling names from the beginning as he did in this review. I decided that if it was going to be this difficult to work with him without even getting started I would rather not work with him at all. I'm sure that anyone reading this will also agree that I probably dodged a bullet. I wish this customer the best of luck in finding someone that can accommodate him and his social skills. I also want to wish the contractor that has to work for him the strength to do so."

They completed the job on time, did very professional work, answered any questions we had, cleaned up after themselves, and inspected the job for any flaws (there were none). This is the third time my brother has used Walls N All painting. Once again, the work done was excellent. Shane managed to fit us into their schedule (September 2022) so that both interior and exterior work could take place in the same week. The exterior painting was done by Mike and the interior by Aaron. They are both experts and work very well together. We were really impressed by how much attention to detail Mike paid in doing the exterior painting. His work was very exacting around our windows, doors, and mechanical plumbing. Aaron did an excellent job repairing drywall on a ceiling before painting and it is perfect now. He also painted a basement stairwell and ceiling that we could never tackle ourselves. He even helped by washing an inaccessible window! Tim, the quality control supervisor, stopped by on a regular basis to check in on the work. This is a top notch group. We are very happy with the quality of the job.

Shane was quick to respond to my initial contact, as well as to any questions I had along the way. He offered very helpful tips to me prior to the project start. In addition, I requested an unscheduled painting of my kitchen cabinets which I had not included in my original project plan. The project started on time, as scheduled. Scott spent a week working at my house and Tim, the quality control manager, stopped by mid-week to look at some areas of my ceiling that were soot stained from a wood burning stove. Scott did a tremendous job painting - my living room was not an easy job, but he was professional, paid close attention to details, and rechecked the work to make sure it was perfect. He was a very pleasant young many to have in my home for the week, very personable, and he answered any questions I had. As busy as his schedule is, Shane graciously fit in the kitchen cabinet painting for me while Scott was at my home. The work is top notch, quality is unmatched, very professional, timely, responsive and the prices are more than fair for the outstanding work they do. I will have Walls-N-All Painting back again to do future projects. Thank you everyone at Walls-N-All for an exceptional painting job, your courtesy and consideration, your professionalism, and for accommodating a last minute request.

The interior and exterior of the house looks fantastic! We have received compliments from the neighbors. Over the past few years, we have hired Walls n All to paint the whole interior and exterior of our house. They also painted and stained the trim on new doors and windows. The painters are meticulous in finishing the job, focused on detail, professional, and friendly. I am perfectly comfortable with the crew of Walls N All being anywhere in the house without me being there. They are trustworthy and respect our property. Shane at Walls N All does not offer unsolicited advice, but if asked he has the most helpful suggestions based upon his experience. I avoided a few of my own color mistakes by asking for his input. I have been very happy with Walls N All painting! I called for an estimate and Shane came out. He is very responsive and professional. The estimate was written such that there are no questions as to what the job includes. When I scheduled, he told me the day his crew would be out and that is exactly when they showed up! I have had the company out twice for 4-5 day jobs. This summer they will be painting my exterior. The painting is top quality and they clean-up, leaving nothing behind. I have had painters say they will be out but you never know when and what exactly they have quoted you. So many contractors never respond!! Not Walls and All. They are very professional and do an outstanding job. The team lead, Dave, and the quality control professional, Tim, did great jobs communicating with me. Fantastic job all around!! Shane came out the same day I contacted about the project, and gave me a quote which matched up almost exactly with the final cost (we just needed one more gallon of paint). Mike did an excellent job of prepping the walls and applying the paint in a timely manner. The walls in the foyer are 18' high, and there was no problem getting all the walls painted and the quality was excellent. Communication was also great between the painter and management to inform me of timing and costs.

Shane, the owner, came out and provided a detailed estimate and a project date. He graciously accommodated scheduling changes I had. The painters, Dave and Pedro, did a great job repairing drywall in the bathrooms. They painted ceilings, sprayed closets, and painted 7 rooms. Fabulous job. 100% satisfied. The company is professional and reliable. It is very difficult to find a company that runs on schedule and is responsive to customers. I highly recommend Walls and All.

I hired Walls N All to paint my living room, dining room, kitchen and hallway. I was quoted for and paid for trim to be painted in two rooms and a hallway, 90% of the trim was not painted with a single coat. Very minimal prep work was done, no taping at all. I was quoted and charged for screen sanding, it was not done. All finished walls are covered in bumps, roller lint, bubbled paint and paint drips. Many of the pre-existing holes, scratches, and dents were not filled with spackle or smoothed. There is gray wall paint sprayed onto my white trim. Quality manager argued over the quality of the finished job which was not anywhere near a professional-looking paint job. After completion of paint job and taking a closer look, I found over a hundred issues that needed to be repaired and fixed. The quality manager came back, took a look at what I marked and told me he was willing to fix less than 10% of what I marked. I decided to fix it all myself. Walls N All agreed to pay for an additional $30 gallon of paint on them, they charged me $50/gallon for the other paint. Only one painter showed up to do a large three-day job. Previous wall paint color is showing through new paint. Owner and quality manager always responded with, "That will cost extra". When asked about sanding out rough spots on walls and trim, I was told this would be a complete restoration and cost over $15,000. Quality Manager told me sanding and fixing the walls and trim would cause hazardous conditions because of asbestos and lead paint. Only use this company if you are willing to get a poor quality, substandard paint job for a professional price.

"All I will say is that if the homeowner would have read the contract she would have seen that all of the items that she is not happy with were not included. This house is an old house and it has multiple layers of paint along with lots of imperfections. To fix these items we would have had to redue all the drywall creating a smoother texture. We charged her to do basic repairs and too paint. On day one we spoke to the person that the homeowner made available to us. We went over all of these items with that person and told them what was and was not included according to the contract. This was also said to her when we met to write up the quote. Everything that was quoted was painted with 2 coats. The truth is not being told about speaking with the owner about any of these stated issues. The homeowner never contacted me. When we completed the project she sent me a text stating how happy she was with everything. I wish I cold attach a screen shot of the contract and our conversation. There is a process to follow and dry time. We only needed 1 person because of this process and because there was only 3 rooms being done. More people would have simply equaled someone standing around with nothing to do. This customer was also never charged $50 a gallon. That is simply not true. We charged what we were charged. The homeowner also could have purchased her own paint if she wanted to. This was a $1500 project. The paint came to $449. We purchased 13 gal of paint in total. That's around $33 per gal for a prem paint. Anyone reading this needs to know that as a company we do everything we can to provide great services to our customers. We provide a very thorough contract that states what is and isnt included. I cannot force a customer to read it even though when I send it over i ask them to do just that. I also ask them to make sure that everything they want done has been stated. If not adjustments could be made at that time. This customer wanted to do that after the job was completed."

Shane was very good with communicating with us from the start, primarily via text. Chris' team was there bright and early every morning and were there all day. They worked quietly; I hardly knew they were there! They pressure washed the house and deck, replaced a good amount of rotted siding boards, and stained the entire house and deck. Chris really helped by double checking our color choice for the deck. We had picked out a semi-transparent stain, and he showed me a sample of it on a railing before they started. I didn't like the color we had chosen at all! He said it was no problem to change the color and suggested we try a solid color stain. We picked out a color that made the deck look like it was brand new, and it looked terrific! There was only an additional charge for the new stain they had to get. Everything was kept neat and clean throughout the project and the guys were very nice. OUTSTANDING job. Will definitely hire again!
