"Moving out of a house that two generations of family had lived in for 30 years turned out to be a much bigger project than we had anticipated.  I hired Christine and her team to help get the house cleaned and ready to list for sale.  We intended to completely clear out everything before they arrived, but time and unexpected events kept us from getting everything done.  This didn't slow Christine down at all. She took initiative to clear out all remaining items from cupboards and closets and bag / box them appropriately and intuitively as to what would be thrown out, donated or moved.  She condensed everything into one place, making it easy for us to deal with it from there.  The deep cleaning was done to our expectations and the house was ready to be listed for sale!
Also worth mentioning is that when we first spoke on the phone and discussed expectations and scheduled the appointment we also discussed payment options.  There was a misunderstanding on my part that the initial payment needed to be made at the time of or prior to their arrival to the appointment.  I failed to make that arrangement.  However, Christine was incredibly accommodating, immediately rescheduled and did not charge me for her lost time or inconvenience.  She seems to get that she is not only in the business of cleaning and organizing, but more importantly she is in the business of customer service.
