Designer: Sharon Fielhauser met with my wife and went over the ins and outs of her ideal dream closet system. My wife met with her after researching two other options. Ikea Closet System and Container Store Closet system. Hence this review we went with Closets byDesign. Yes they are a little more but everything is custom designed for and your needs and installation is added in the cost. There is nothing wrong with the other companies but Closets byDesign one our business. The wait time I think was 6 weeks or so from design to installation. Installer/Builder: Izac showed up what I would have called lunch time but he called work time. (around 11:00 AM on a week day) Izac never stopped for the three hours at all walking in and out of the house as he had to cut and fabricate outside and install inside our primary. We offered him lunch and he said he was good. But he worked really hard and deserved a break. Izac was a one man team and went over every detail with my wife he had any concerns. For example he offer to have a set of drawers even with the wall or line up with the window. Izac made little to no mess and as indicatied in CBD policy all i had to do as a home owner was fix the holes in the wall from the previous closet and paint if we so wished. but honestly most of the holes was coved by the new system. We have discussed hiring Closets byDesign for other works and would recommend you do the same.

We have used Closets By Design extensively in our former condo and in our current home. Mallory is absolutely wonderful when it comes to the design aspect—she has great, functional ideas and is a pleasure to work with. The most recent installers—Izak, Dakota, Stephan, and Nathan—were terrific. On time, ready to work, knew exactly what they were supposed to do, and installed everything perfectly. Plus they’re all really nice, personable guys! And….when it comes time to sell your home, you’ll be way ahead of your competition if you have custom closets and built-ins. Buyers love them!!

Angel was exceptional she made the design experience very easy and comfortable I would definitely use her again for a design project she was professional and very down to earth for the entire project and she made sure she checked in with u during the process.... my install was amazing Jim Burton was also very professional and punctual during the install and the work came out amazing he left everything clean and beautiful after the install!!! Thank You for my amazing dressing room picture will soon come....

Closets by Design did a fantastic job designing and installing a custom walk-in closet for my bedroom. Amy Vanlacken performed the sales consultation and was pleasant, professional, and thoroughly knowledgeable. She did a great job answering my questions. She did a thorough job promoting the product while not pressuring me to purchase upgrades/options I did not want. Thank you Amy! As for the installation, Jim Burdon was my installer. Jim was polite, professional, talented, and took great pride in his work! I could not be happier with the installation. Thank you Jim! I now have a closet that exceeds expectations!

They were professional and hardworking. The two things that require a touch up will be completed next week. Jim Burton did an excellent job on installation. Kate Burton did a great job on the design. We love our Master closet and pantry. I would definitely recommend them to others and would hire them again.

They did an excellent job and were very punctual, professional and the installation was done in only 3 hours! Aleia came to our home and designed everything for us and we are very pleased with our walk in master closet! I gave them a B on response since they called me and didn’t leave a message, other than that they were awesome!

The installer, Ken, kept us apprised of his arrival time and arrived at the appointed time. He was friendly, professional, efficient and answered our questions. Ken cleaned up as he worked and at the end of the construction. He did a very professional job. We are extremely pleased with our new closet! The salesman, Darren Koehn, was friendly and professional and understood exactly what we needed for the new closet. He helped us map out the design so that we got what we needed at the agreed-upon price. We would absolutely hire Closets by Design again!

We recently had a home office system installed in one of our rooms, and everything was Excellent!! The installers were reliable, punctual, knowledgable and a couple of all around great guys. We have also had a mud room closet, kitchen pantry, master bedroom closet and basement organization system put into our home from CBD. Each job they have done for us has been WONDERFUL. GREAT QUALITY. GREAT SERVICE. GREAT STAFF. Kate Burton was our designer for the majority of our installations and she has been delightful to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your home organization needs.

My designer Aleia was great. I gave her a general ideal of what I was looking for and she provided a detailed sketch that was exactly what I wanted. The installer (Ken) arrived within the specified time. I greeted him, showed him the closet and he immediately went to work. He was very thorough in his work. The end result was amazing. The dimensions and cuts were perfect and the black shelves meshed perfectly with my wallpaper. The sides of the shelving flushed perfectly against the walls leaving no gaps. I opted for the moulding trim which gave the shelves a more rich and elegant look. Overall, from start to finish, I was very pleased and plan on hiring them to do other closets in my home.

Great! The designer was really nice and easy to work with. I had no idea how to design the closet myself and she was very helpful and took full advantage of the space. The installers were also very friendly and did the job as quickly as they could. It wasn’t the cheapest but it was worth it in my mind! (We did the flooring and light change in the picture ourselves).

Very well overall. The design, available materials and options were extensive and high quality. Initially on the install, a few items were incorrect, however they ordered the correct items, which arrived within 2 weeks, threw in some value added items that were greatly appreciated and they then completed the install to meet or exceed all expectations.

Excellent! The sales person and install crew were first rate. Very professional and timely service on 10/17. The install crew was finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up perfectly after their install. They even accepted some baskets back that I ordered and gave credit towards additional work. My Designer was Kristina, she was excellent. Very professional, knows the product line, laid out the design exactly as I wanted, answered all my questions. I met Rachel Miller and she told me she is an expert designer of closet space. We hired her to upgrade our closets to have more efficient use of space as we downsized. Everything went well and we are very happy with the results.
