Along the way we were a bit indecisive and made a few changes which added work to the original scope, increased our budget and timeline, however Douglas immediately shifted into another gear and was able to incorporate our changes within the original design. He is extremely honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable of his trade. His communication skills and integrity were second to none. I don’t know how he handles all the stress, but he makes it look easy. All team members and subcontractors were respectful of us and our home and a pleasure to work with as well. No warning and no reason, I was left with only ½ of my home remodeled, while my family and I were stranded in a small rental home waiting to return. Spencer and his team came to the rescue. In the matter of a few days his contractors were finishing projects and fixing several mistakes made by the previous carpenter. I was able to move back into our home on time without issue. Spencer’s people were clean, courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone who wants to get the job done right the first time.
