He worked hard and got the job done quickly (digging the post hole, preparing the post and setting it in concrete and then putting the mailbox over the post, being sure that he followed the USPS guidelines for height, distance from the curb, etc.) He cleaned up everything and the new mail box looks great! We couldn't be happier with his work and definitely plan to have him do more work for us in the future."

"I would not recommend this company. The crew arrived late, did not work efficiently, and left an hour early. There was also a lot of time spent walking around without actually working. My project specifically involved large weed removal, which was agreed upon in advance. However, partway through the job, I was told they couldn't complete that portion because there wasn’t room in the trailer—despite there being available space in both the trailer and the back of the truck, especially if tarps had been used. Instead, the team shifted to removing small weeds (which I didn’t need), stating they had to fill the 8 hours per Eric, the owner. Our contract clearly outlined 8 hours of labor, and the $250 trailer fee for removal was supposed to be separate from that work time. Despite this, the crew left early, saying they needed time to drop off the trailer. I reached out to Eric three times and requested that the team return to complete the job as agreed or to issue a partial refund. He has not responded. (Ironically, he was very responsive when securing the job—something echoed in other reviews.)"

"These people are very unprofessional. They buzz lawn in sensitive areas down to the dirt so half of it does not grow again. They blow leaves from porches and gardens of one home on to lawns of neighboring homes, infuriating neighbors. They repeatedly run deep, muddy tire tracks into yours and neighbors lawns during snow season. They gouge up whole pieces of sod and leave large areas dead and so uneven they can't be mowed with regular lawnmowers. NOT RECOMMENDED."

"Phil and his team did a great job for us. They extended the aggregate walkway and matched the color perfectly. They laid two different fieldstone walkways where the spacings were complex and did excellent work. The team worked fast and were very friendly and professional. We would highly recommend using Phil Pitters for your walkway or patio project."
