"Bill was very professional and did an awesome job cleaning the ducts, dryer vent, etc. I immediately noticed the air in the house is fresh. My daughter even noticed it when she came in. Great job. I recommended him to my daughter and will to whomever needs this done."

"Called on a Sunday morning when my AC went out. Mitch arrived within an hour, as promised, and had the air running promptly!"

"Technician was A1 in tuning up and checking my system and answered all my questions. He checked my air conditioning, changed the filter in furnace and cleaned AC !! Get the pre summer special at $69. Well worth it."

"Has helped my family with multiple projects through the past couple years. We replaced our furnace, AC, hot water heater, and even installed a whole house humidifier plus air purifier! We love our home and just wanted it to work for us. Midpoint made our wishes come true with reliable service and great care. They are the best!"

"So happy! The tech was on time, he showed concern. Alex explained exactly what he was going to do, and was patient and professional about it. Alex was very helpful, he showed me how to properly clean the air conditioning unit outside for better working performance. Keeping it clean and free from grass clippings and debris, which will be helpful for future seasons. He charged my air conditioner up with refrigerant, weighing it on a scale right in front of me. And the price was definitely reasonable and affordable. I will surely call them for future work when needed, and also recommend them to friends and family. "

"Don and Nicole were amazing professionals! Honest and amazingly efficient. I am so very pleased that I have found an air duct company I will use for years and years. 5 stars across the board!"

"My first time getting vents cleaned in a nearly 50-year-old house. Working with Irish Mist (love the name!) was easy, pleasant, affordable, and quick. Arrived on time, got to work, cleaned the ducts - which had more than just dust in them, as some things rattled through the hose on the way out. Very satisfied customer. One thing I forgot to ask is before & after photos... might have been good to get, I wish they had done that."

"I seldom provide a 5-star rating. I expect exceptional service for a 5-star. I was leaving town for 2 weeks so needed quick estimates for an AC replacement . The first estimate cost me $100 for a service call and was ludicrous. Two others could only give ball park ranges in my time framed. T&S came out after hours the day I called that spent the time finding out what I wanted, and taking measurements and information for a quote. The next morning, I got the estimate in the bottom half of the ranges from the other 2. The supplier had a unit available so T&S said they could get it installed before I was leaving. T&S works with a lender for financing and got me started. The supplier sold the unit and it would be 2 days before T&S could get another. I would be gone, T&S worked around my son’s schedule to install when my son could be home. T&S also gave me a discount off original price for my inconvenience. I was particular about some items and T&S said they would install as told."

"My ac unit stopped working called him. He was out here within 45 minutes fixed. It gave me a warranty and also I needed AC in the furnace guy and I also got a warranty on a furnace with the sky. Awesome."
