"We contracted Aspen Creek Construction to remove an existing laminate floor over two layers of carpet, level three floors and install ceramic tile in our entry, seating area, kitchen, and dining room. It was a fairly complex operation and a whole lot of tiling. Troy completed the work with exceptional quality and on time. He was diligent about maintaining a neat work area and removed all of his construction materials as he completed each part of the remodel. We highly recommend using his knowledge and skills and will definitely hire again when we need additional work! "

Yes, you should hire a handyman who’s licensed, certified, and insured, if possible. States have different requirements for handyman licensing, registration, and certifications. If licensing is required in your area, you may pay more for a licensed handyman with experience than one who is not licensed or certified, but you’re likely to get a better end result for your project.
