No one would ever know that the remodeled living space was not part of the original home. The new storage shed aligns seamlessly with the architecture of my existing home, including roof pitch, vinyl siding, shingles, windows and door. Bob has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of construction, from foundation to finish-carpentry and all steps in between, including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, flooring and drywall. I threw a lot of curve balls at Bob during the construction, and he handled them all in a kind and professional manner. He worked with me throughout the building process to ensure I would be pleased with the final results. The work was performed promptly and within budget. What stands out the most is Bobs attention to detail, quality craftsmanship and use of superior materials. Bob exceeded my expectations and made the entire process fun. "Biggest scam I e ever experience. The charged me 40k after interest to fix my sagging foundation, and fix my flooding crawl space. After an impressive sales pitch I signed the contract and had them do the ?work?. dusing the sales pitch they told me they would level my floors, and install equipment to prevent my crawl space from flooding every year. They explained this will be a multiple day project and I would have to rip up my floor to give the access to the foundation. So I ripped up my floor, and had them come in to do the work. They were in and out in about 4 hours, and left me with still sagging floors. after Getting in the crawl space myself I discovered that multiple of the jacks that they installed to lift the foundation, weren?t even touching the joists. And to this day, my crawl space still floods with a foot of water every spring. I contacted Ayer?s to see what can be done, they offered no compensation, and no help. If you?re planning to hire Ayer?s, dont"

I use subcontractors for the following, Elec., Plumbing, and heating and cooling, for which I am not licensed for, if permits are required. As for permits, I can pull other necessary permits if required. I am licensed and insured, My Michigan Builders License #2101193216. I don't charge for estimates, and give 10% discount for Angie's List Members, and Senior citizens. I am very honest and will give a fair price. I will be on the job from start to finish, as I always complete started job before moving onto the next.
