He was a total professional. Was here within an hour after we called and fixed the problem. He also helped clean up and was very patient with my 3 year old grandson who was totally taken with him because he was so nice to him. I didn't know what to expect price wise but I feel he was very reasonably priced for the work he did.

Excellent plumber, the only one i would call if something went wrong. Extremely fast response time, quality of work and low cost.

I gave him a call and told him the problem. He asked if it was an emergency and said if it was he could come that evening. I said no, so he came the next day. He got busy as soon as he came into the house, and fixed the leak. Then he went to the basement and played with the pump until he got more water pressure. He also gave me some suggestions on who to call and what to do if my pump breaks. (because it's super old) When he finished and gave me the bill, I was very satisfied. And before he left, he picked up my garbage can that somebody had knocked over that day on the side of the road, and put my garbage bags back inside. A+ business in my opinion! I would never hire anybody else for my plumbing needs!

He was punctual and professional. He worked hard to get things done and also took care of a few things around the house that had nothing to do with plumbing. This was one of the BEST service experiences I've ever had! He even took time to look at a computer game with my son! I really dont have enough good things to say about D W Services. A+++ fantastic job!
