"Provided excellent customer service. Walked me through the entire process, and the products used. The installers met with me prior to project start to discuss what was being installed, and how long it would take to complete. Excellent warranties for the shingles, winter and ice guard. Provided video example of how their ridge vent product moves air through attic. Excellent price in my opinion of foil heat barrier throughout attic. Took the time to cut the barrier sheets to size and shape around attic rafters and objects in attic, the best that they could. Lots of pictures provided of the beginning, middle, and end of the project. Great price for replacing entire roof, but left the decking as it was still good condition. Also replaced two old windows and caulked the old sill, where there was exposed wood. The crew even used a large plywood piece to cover and protect the plastic cover for my basement window when they throwing debris off my roof. An excellent detail to protect homeowner property. The crew also installed flex hose to a unattached bathroom fan vent in the attic. They attached it to a new vent box in the newly installed roof. Even though it was not requested at the beginning of the project. Good customer service."

"From my initial meeting with Jake Evink for an estimate, I felt comfortable. He listened to my assessment of the problem as he did his own assessment. We discussed the addition of attic insulation and the installation of a roof mounted TV antennae with coaxial cable as well. I asked that his estimate be broken into parts so I could choose all or portions of work. I chose the vent, soffit vents, antennae installation, and accepted his suggestion of moving a bath vent to a soffit location. The work was accomplished in a professional as well as friendly manner and at a fair price. We are continuing a discussion about attic insulation removal, elevating an area of attic floor used for storage, and replacing all insulation. "Their plumber came out. He opened up the wall. He fixed the pipe and insulated the pipe. I have been with them for 15 years and they have fixed everything in my house and it never costs me more than $125.00. They don't try to dodge their responsibility. I have recommended them to multiple people."

"Sales visit was pushy, offering 10% off if I signed that day. I regret giving in. I went with single hung for affordability, but I would have preferred double hung. I wish someone would have told me that I might resent the single hung over time.

Installation was done by one man. He was friendly and capable, but he did run short on time. At the end of the day he asked if he could skip sealing the interior with caulk. He offered to leave caulk for us to finish up ourselves. I allowed this, but found that my caulking skills are not as neat as a professional! I regret this.

He completed the vinyl window wrapping. The product was not vinyl coated metal, but just vinyl, so the wrapping does not have crisp, clean corners. He used clear sylicon caulk on the wrapping. At first the caulking looked nice, but it has collected dirt over time and now looks very messy. He used an abundance of caulk and nails. Over time, I have become dissatisfied with the wrapping.

The insulation that Sears installs with the windows is only fiberglass stuffing. I would prefer foam fill. The windows are good quality, not excellent. I feel that the UV protection coating does add a dark tint. I wish I had known that there are different methods of UV protection and not all involve a dark tint."
