I had a little bit of trouble contacting Flagel insulation initially, but once I made contact things went very smooth. I was given a free in-home estimate to complete the job. The quoting process seemed to be very thorough in order to give a good estimate. Joe was very knowledgeable and even went above and beyond by looking around the rest of the house for things to improve. On the day of the job, the guys showed up between 8-9 as planned and were done with the job by 11am. They did a great job cleaning up the stray insulation as well. I poked my head up and they did a very good job keeping the material even throughout the attic. All in all an excellent service. Professional and prompt, but as I mentioned initial communication could use some work.

The work was very professional. They found several things which were done wrong by previous insulation installers, and corrected the mistakes. The two workers were friendly and easy to talk to. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

The service was wonderful. It was very good. There were four workers and they were right on-time. They said they would be here at eight o’clock and they pulled up at eight o’ clock. They were very thorough and conscientious. They cleaned up after themselves and they did a good job. They were the best price.
