"Our sliding door was ordered and installed on time with appropriate correspondence. The installers were nice but attempted to leave the job without ensuring that the door was squared and closed completely. When I pointed this out to them in the driveway, they came back and addressed the issue. Later in the evening I noticed that an weather seal inside the door was clearly damaged (visible by rips and tears in a black seal showing white insulation beneath) in a way not possible by use. I called the company on numerous occasions, sent numerous emails with photos of the issue starting on the day of installation and now, four months later, I have only received follow-up calls from the company when they're canceling an appointment to repair the issue and have never received a follow-up call on how they will address the issue. The door and installation was paid in cash. I would seriously reconsider using Markin for any large job as this was just one door and I've been waiting four months now."

"My husband and I own an independent insurance agency and we have never heard of this company or the owner, Michael Dinardo, until he called our office yesterday and demanded we turn over personal identifying information about a client. After we refused, he became agitated and began threatening us and our staff, we disconnected the call. Immediately after we hung up, Mr. Dinardo started repeatedly calling and texting our office, and last count he called over 50 times in 10 minutes and send many disturbed text messages as well. We called 911 after he threatened to come onto our property after threatening people and a deputy was dispatched. After the deputy reviewed the calls and texts he contacted Michael and warned him not to contact our office again. This man is deeply disturbed and unprofessional. BEWARE!! I wouldn't let this man anywhere near my home. Taking advantage of the elderly is never ok, and threatening people when you don't get your way is no way to run a business."

"I paid Mr Roof more than $30K for a new roof and the very first winter I had a leak, a big leak, gallons of water. I called them, they said too bad because our warranty doesn't cover ice dams. The second winter it leaked again, same place, called them to get a quote for fixing the bad area. They said send pictures, so I sent pictures. Never heard back from them. The prior roof was there for more than 25 years and never leaked once where it is leaking now. If you want a company that stands behind their work, Mr Roof is not what your looking for!"

"I’m very disappointed in this company and was told that this would happen. The first time everything was professional for the majority of my windows and they look great. They were not able to put in the last 6 windows in our house because the drain holes were put in wrong in the making of the replacement windows and the window crew had shown then to me to verify and them to me and stated that they would have to be reordered. They even took pictures of the original windows and put it on the app. This crew was great, clean and put in new wood for the bottom of my window seals. The second time another window installer came in but could not do the work because the same windows were sent and he could not consciously put in those windows because we would have problems. He even called the company and argued with them. Someone from the company told him to put them anyway. The 3rd time no one showed up and I did not receive a call until 5 hours later. The 4th time they sent a crew that does not speak English so I could not communicate with them that the windows were wrong and that the wood seals in the bottom of the windows needed to be replace first. I tried and got "I speak no English". The quality of work is not the same as first group and shows. I was warned that you would not replace the mistake windows and would keep sending a different group of installers until one of them puts them in. AND YOU DID JUST THAT! I wished I had read reviews and searched your company before I had POWER HRG put my windows in. I also have never received a handle for the screen door of the patio which I was told would happen. This was not what I had signed up for and require it to be as professional installed as was completed the same as the first windows. I feel cheated and let down by your company and taken advantage of! I left a message to customer service by email was never contacted back. All I have received was the that service was completed and now you have to pay. if all was done on the first day, this would have been a 5 star rating."
