I was very pleased with the results!  Tom answered all of my questions and even showed me how to clean the component myself next time.  I can't tell you how helpful that was!  He was very courteous and he was on-time -- two things I rarely seem to find in handymen but love it when I do!  I was very happy with the price as well.  I will absolutely recommend PrideCraft to friends and family when they need a good handyman!

Tom is a very considerate, professional person.  Dirt, mud, grass clippings, snow or ice were never brought into our home when work was done.  All work site(s) were cleaned up upon completion, often leaving area cleaner than it was in the beginning.  He removed all packing material, refuse, and old product from the work site and hauled it away leaving nothing behind for us to have hauled away.  We never had to call him back to "fix" his job, the work was done right the first time, but we have called with questions about new product and he was always prompt and helpful when returning our call if he wasn't available at the time.  Tom has also hung cabinets for us in garage, helped build our shed, and many other miscellaneous jobs over the years.  Living in the same area as Tom we have also seen other work he has done such as installing replacement windows (including wood trim), door-walls, entry doors, building a deck including built-in flower boxes, installing and repairing replacement vinyl siding, deck staining, and installing new electrical lines and lights both indoor and out.  Tom is a top notch general handy man with high standards and an eye for detail yet friendly and easy to work and that is why we keep calling him back for all those jobs that need done at our home.
