We paid for a package deal which was $400 for a year's worth of service. They did an exterior and interior inspection then sat and talked with us and gave us recommendations. We were having some problems with certain insects so they gave us recommendations and talked us through our options. We agreed to hire them and they have been doing the service. I think we have had them here twice and they come every four months. The experience with them overall has been very good. They are very easily reachable when we have had a problem. They are always willing to answer questions and always tell us to call them anytime if we have problems between service. They have completely taken care of our issues so we are very happy with them. Two people came out for the inspection and consultation and then the technician came out to do the work so all three of the individuals we have dealt with have been very professional.
"Dear [Member Name Removed]: Rose Pest Solutions was contracted by the bank who sold the home to you. The bank hired Rose to provide exclusion work and to clean up hazardous materials in a specific section of the home. We completed that work on May 31, 2013 to the approval of the bank. At that time Rose was very much aware that there were more areas and attic spaces that needed exclusion work, however the bank didn’t approve service for those areas. They only gave Rose approval to work on the one section of your home. It is unfortunate that you continue to have issues with your home, but that concern should be addressed to the financial institution. did a great job then, so when we saw ants in the corners of our living
room, with a swarm of the flying ones, we called them again. Their
representative came out and inspected all of the rooms of the home and
the basement - not just the one room we saw them in. She was incredibly
knowledgeable and took time to explain the different types of ants as
well as the options for getting rid of them in the house. My son has
asthma, and I was pleased that they had checked with us on that before
deciding on time and type of treatment. So far we have not seen any ants
- even though they only treated the house 2 weeks ago and I understand
that it does take some time to kill them in the nest. I would not
hesitate to call them again.
