Riverside Animal Hospital

I was IMPRESSED w/the attentiveness and time Dr Brown spent w/us. He walked into the examining room, sat on the floor which my dog found wonderful because he knew he had a new friend w/Dr Brown. He spent more time w/us in this one visit than the total amount of time his previous vet spent w/ us in the last 2 1/2 years. All our questions and concerns were not only answered but found this visit to be very educational.

They are very good. They do no charge an office visit fee; I just pay for the services that I receive for my dogs. They are very thorough. They are very good at answering my questions. The appointments are on a first come first serve basis, and I like that. I would say their pricing is very good. The staff is very nice and responsive. I have been very pleased with them.

The prices are very reasonable. You don't have to make an appointment, which is helpful. Occaisionally it can hard to get in at a certain time. The vet is really nice and makes you feel welcome. They care for my pets as if they were their own.

There was no charge when I last went in to ask them a question. I like them. They handle the patients very effectively and efficiently. They have a clean environment to work in. They have two or three veterinarians that rotate in and out and work on the pets. They always weigh the pets so that they dispense proper amount of medication when needed. Dr. Brown who is the owner is always willing to discuss and provide additional information above and beyond just the basic healthcare information. Their prices are very reasonable. Their punctuality depends on how many clients they have at a time. I would definitely use their services in the future too as long as I have a pet.
