I am very pleased with the timing of when they were able to show up to find the issue. They were able to find where the colony was located, sprayed and suggested repairs. They have been back to make sure the ants are gone and the area is repaired. I would suggest this company highly due the professionalism, friendliness, and ability to remove the problem from happening again.

Minimal signs of pests. Technician checked inside attic, perimeter of roof and chimney. Bait was placed in attic and we've heard less noise since then. I'm not willing to climb into attic to do this, so I'm glad that someone else did.

I did have to change the appointment due to rainy weather and they said it would be better to not spray outside in the rain since the chemicals would be washed away. Once onsite the following week, the outside of the house and parts of the yard were sprayed to try to keep the ants away. I did decide to have them come back in 3 months to spray again. They did say that if I kept seeing ants or other insects that I can call at any time to have them check things out. I am very happy with their service and the friendliness of everyone I talked to. I keep looking to be sure there are no ants in the house but it looks like after a week or so that they might be at least reduced in number if not completely removed. I still see the ants in the yard but not in the house.

Great! I live in Texas and did everything over the phone. They were very nice to work with and understood the urgency in the need to get it killed. They were out there right away. A followup was done 2 weeks later. They also gave a 30 day guarantee for the property. I would definitely use them again.
