"Fixed the back steps...they were clean (didn't leave a mess behind), professional (on time, very courteous, and answered all questions), and stuck buy their (time/cost) estimates. This type of work is expensive regardless...but their estimate was $500 cheaper than their competitors'. The back steps look good, and no longer present a safety hazard."
