It was a great experience. Karen and her team were excellent. The closets look great. The garage looks great and is very useful. I am definitely using them again to put shelving in a bonus room.

Great customer service

The company and its owner stand behind their products and installations. Refreshing in this era in which business standards have steadily declined. The installation was complicated and required two additional service calls to address all of the issues. But TRU Garage Pros was responsive to each request for additional service. Would certainly use them again.

They showed up on time and 3 1/2 hrs later I had a great looking built in Closet.. They cleaned up when finished and I was very satisfied with their professional work. I would recommend them.

Had a custom built-in bedroom project that truly resembles that of a garage cabinet job. For $7,000 the expected results versus the actual results are MILES APART. Quality of materials for a Master Bedroom build are substantial departure from what the gorgeous pictures in the catalogs brought to the home for us to peruse. I walk into my bedroom and expect to see my car parked under the towers built; not my bed. When I open a drawer or cabinet I would expect to remove a power tool to ratchet; not my clothing. Materials were NOT what was chosen; hardware was NOT what was chosen; puck lighting is a total joke and waste of money. Very frustrated and feel like we just threw $7,000 into the garbage can...would have felt better than having to look at build every day. We also spent over $5,000 for custom closet project...were satisfied with that job...but no one sees these every day and they are behind closing doors, but were a welcomed addition and are performing just as we anticipated. Would NOT suggest spending the $100s of dollars for belt racks and scarf racks; they do not fit the depth of the panels and the way they would have been installed in order to work was a total joke. Save your money on those. Amazon sells great functional ones for $20.

Juan did a great job on both my closets all by himself and he finished the entire job within the time frame I was promised. If anyone would ask, I would recommend Closet Pros for a great service and professionalism!!!!

I like supporting local businesses. Trucloset Pros was perfect for installing my garage storage cabinets. Javier was quick to respond, and plan my installation. Colin came to do the work, which was excellent. He was very efficient, friendly, and cleaned up thoroughly after work was completed- which was done very quickly, efficiently.

work was done on time and was of excellent quality, Worker was excellent. worker was also very through and fast. The garage was hot and had no A.C. making for tough working conditions.
