"I hired the company to do a make ready [clean up & prep] on a single apartment in a building which I own in the  town where I live. I needed the property to be cleaned up so I could rent it again.  I have been a landlord for over 20 years & hadn't found a vacated property in such a mess in all my years. They did the complete interior clean-up which took about five hours. And, the complete prep of the property. they took out all the trash & junk, and cleaned up all debris left in the yard. They did such a great job with that I decided to use them for the yard maintenance also. They cleaned all my flowerbeds & got them ready for spring, placed mulch & trimmed the shrubs and flowering trees. On the inside they made everything look brand new! Cleaning the walls, painting, cleaned the carpets & stripped & polished the wood floors...making them look brand new. The appliances that stayed were cleaned inside & out. They even remembered to get all the light fixtures clean for me. Dusted all window seals & doorways. Shine mopped all they tile floors. To top it all off they even gave the bathrooms a fresh clean look by putting a new caulk seal around the tubs, sinks & shower...which gave the bathrooms a fresh face. All in all I found it to be a very stress free pleasant experience. And, I will definitely call on them for the next project because if they could do so well with a nightmare like that I'm sure the less difficult will be equally affordable and easily handled. "Price charged was very reasonable. Service did fall short of expectation, however. When washer and dryer were disconnected, the hose was left to drain on my laundry room floor causing a substantial mess on floor, and the dryer pipe in floor was not capped. When the hook-up was done at the new residence, the hot and cold water hoses were not connected to the correct temperature connection (in otherwords, hot water is entering washer on cold water selection and cold water is entering washer on warm water selection). He was very courteous and I appreciated his driving the distance to perform the work."

"Tom is a very good and qualified contractor who is working to get his builders license. He gets the job done with top quality and care for the homeowner. He also took pictures at different stages of the job to show us exactly what he did. This was done because my wife and I are seniors and we could not go up on the roof and see for ourselves the progress of the job. I would have given FMC straight 5 stars but I feel that we were overcharged on the final bill. It ended up being a lot more money for the time put in on the job. Make sure that if you hire any contractor that you have everything in writing and ask for a itemized final bill. This is one thing we did not do and I take full responsibility of that portion of the contract. I don't know what carpenter's get for time and materials but I believe that $150 to $200 per hour is a bit much! All I ask of a contractor is to be fair and to me the final bill was not! I wish FMC the best of luck but I can no longer afford them for anymore more work!"
