Everything went very well. They are punctual and professional. A Plus took extra care in cleaning our furniture. We have used them before for cleaning all the floor tile areas in our home. Both times we have been exceptionally pleased with the outcomes and their service. They arrived on time and they are friendly and easy to work with. They do quality work and their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for tile and upholstery cleaning,

l actually contacted A-Plus Platinum as a result of a referral from another Angie's List company, Sparklean House Cleaning, and it was a very good experience. A-Plus is a husband-wife team and they work together very well (Pete is retired Army). Communication was great before and during the process and they were very professional. The carpets and tile look great and I would definitely recommend them.

A-Plus Platinum Carpet and Tile Care got stuff broke down but they got it fix, otherwise it was fine. They fine and were very nice.

Theresa and Pete did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and removing stains. They are professional, friendly, completely trustworthy, and reasonably priced.
In the past, we have used them to clean a sofa, the kitchen tile, and air ducts. The grout of the kitchen tile floor was blackened and scrubbing by hand was not getting the black color out. When they were done cleaning the tile, the grout was beige colored again and looked amazing...just like new. We are very pleased with all of the things that they have cleaned for us. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this service.
