"While in the basement he explained to me what he would be doing from the basement side of it. He did his work in a timely manner, was finished and stopped to show us the pictures of before and after of the air ducts. He also sent the pictures to my email account He has a very nice business started for himself"

"They do not go through the heat vents and air returns to clean them. They go through the duct work on the furnace. I had removed most of the heat vents and air return vents before they got there. When they were done, I asked them if they needed to show me anything and they said they did not. I am sorry that I did not actually inspect the areas before they left. What I found was dirt and debris scattered in 3 rooms. This included a bathroom, workroom, and the laundry room where the furnace is located. They did not vacuum the floors in these rooms before they left. I took me about 2 hours to clean up all three rooms. Not sure this job was worth $450. (included dry vent). The techs were very nice and friendly. Amy, who I set this up with, was also very nice and informative. I would not recommend this company Sharon V. in Westland MI"
