Found out that Decks Unlimited was the subcontractor for one of the big box companies. I have a familiarity with residential construction, and unlike other companies, they didn't try to BS me. Again, unlike others, did not try to up sell me. L Very pleased with their work. They worked well within my HOA constraints. Just had an issue with clean up after the work was done, but I honestly believe it was because of weather, which put them behind schedule on other jobs. Who would have thought we would have rain and snow in the same week that late in the spring? I would highly recommend them."

One of the windows was missing the track wheels, which the team had to install with the spares they had with them. Another window was manufactured incorrectly, so the install team had to disassemble the window to remove the night lock hardware so the window could be used as is, while we wait for someone to come out and fix it. I feel like I?m being ignored though."
